Meet Sarah, an Engineer at Nova Systems. A lack of direction, by her own admission, meant she wasn’t the best student for most of her educational career, but now she has a PhD and draws upon skills such as team work and communication just as much as her maths and science knowledge. She believes one of the most exciting things about working in Engineering is not only making a real difference to people’s lives, but the variety of things she gets involved with via work.
