Jing has made an unexpected career as an image specialist in triangulation – she originally wanted to work as a herbal doctor, but her studies at university changed her mind and now she loves what she does and couldn’t imagine not being a cartographer. She talks about the applications of her work and the other industries that utilise her work and why it’s interesting and exciting.

This resource is best suited to students in Years 4 and 9 who are learning about the Earths surface, materials and using technology to model and who want to find out more about careers in this field.
