The Buds is the product of many hours spent in the botanical gardens of Geneva and many hours spent with the trumpet vine. It’s about intrigue and perhaps the inextricable connectedness of everything and everyone.

This film was submitted to the SCINEMA 2021 International Science Film Festival and was selected to feature in our Nature and School categories. Film Description

Lesson Inspiration

This video explores the co-dependent relationships between insects and plants, particularly ants and the trumpet vine. It is an excellent example of making observations and asking questions to better understand the science around us.
