Grey Area looks at both sides of the badger culling debate, taking into account the perspectives of farmers who have a lot at stake, and of those who oppose the culling of badgers.

Film Description

Lesson Inspiration

This video shows the problem of bovine tuberculosis in the UK from multiple perspectives and the strategies put in place to solve this problem, including the challenges that these solutions cause.

Useful when:

Teaching pupils about ecosystems and how they are affected by every species within them. It covers the human impact on ecosystems as they both help and cause problems. The film may split opinions on whether or not humans should interfere with nature
and so, the activity is designed to help students communicate this effectively.
