Video length: 2:25m

Flavia Tata Nardini talks about what its like to be a female and an engineer. She urges girls to get involved in STEM and experience everything, so they can find what they love. An interesting comparison of cultural differences as well, highlighting how Australia is lagging behind Europe in gender equality ways of thinking. A though provoking watch – if you teach any girls this is well worth a quick viewing and to be shard with your students to inspire them and help give them the confidence to tackle their future successfully.
