Flavia Tata Nardini talks about her work as an engineer. She urges girls to get involved in STEM and experience everything, so they can find what they love. An interesting comparison of cultural differences, highlighting how Australia is lagging behind Europe in gender equality ways of thinking. A thought provoking watch – if you teach any girls this is well worth viewing and to be shared with your students to inspire them and help give them the confidence to tackle their future successfully.
